At Nine Meadows, we approach every project with care, transparency, and intention. Because our services involve time, planning, and living materials, our refund policy reflects the nature of the work.
Consultations & Design Services

Consultation and design fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

This includes site visits, design plans, plant palettes, sketches, mood boards, and any preparatory work completed on your behalf.

Design work represents time, expertise, and customized planning that cannot be reused.
Installation & Landscaping Services

Payments made toward installation services are non-refundable once work has begun.

If a project is canceled before installation starts, any unused portion of installation fees (excluding design and consultation fees) may be refunded at our discretion.
Plants & Materials

Plants, soil, mulch, stone, and other materials are non-refundable once purchased, ordered, or installed.

Living materials are subject to natural variability and environmental conditions beyond our control.
Weather, Site Conditions & Natural Variability

Landscaping work is influenced by weather, soil conditions, and site-specific factors. These elements are not grounds for refunds.

While we design with resilience and care, plant performance may vary based on conditions, maintenance, and seasonal changes.
Client Changes or Scope Adjustments

Requests to change scope, materials, or design after approval may result in additional costs and are not eligible for refunds.

Any approved changes will be documented and agreed upon prior to proceeding.

If concerns arise, we encourage open communication. While refunds are limited, we are committed to working thoughtfully with clients to address issues where reasonable and appropriate.
